All Tier access: Piers and the Regenerator (Patreon)

So the Piers Tier this month as voted by you guys is Piers being enjoyed by the Regenerator. For this I'm revisiting the various positions Piers was forced into by the Regenerator to take his load and to celebrate 5000 Twitter Follows am releasing this one free for everyone. Will work up a fifth pic bonus for the tier as you can't get enough Piers... right?!
