Randee Carreno

Happy Marvel Monday, Natalie! 😊 I'm watching this reaction right now since this was one of my favorite episodes. Have a great day today! 😊 Until the next video, Stay Golden! 💛

Happy marvel moonday!! This is one of my favorite episodes just for the stunning visuals alone!

Happy Marvel Monday! Btw Nat, the only "explanation" there is for Marc and Steven being in the same body is a mental disability called "Disassociative Identity Disorder" (multiple personality disorder). It's very interesting to see a Superhero have a mental disability instead of the villain, like it usually is (ex. Azula from ATLA).

YESSS

Jose Zamora Orellana

Tt's ever explicitly said in the show but the reason why "Steven and Marc have the same body" is because of a mental health condition called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Won't say more, but can't wait to see you finish!

Erik Stevenson

No shade to the folks that like this show, but this episode is where the entire series just goes completely off the rails for me. The script is terrible. The plot moves forward through a series of extremely random happy coincidences rather than through any actions of our protagonists, who are more or less failing at everything they try to do seemingly because they find it impossible to make any coherent plan whatsoever.

Lee Gannon

The scenes where the avatars eye glow after the gods takes over reminds me of the Stargate franchise when the symbiotes make their eyes glow.

FateMalone

Mark has a Dissociative identity disorder which is two or even more distinct personality states

Degenerick

Khonshu cannot possess someone and physically control them, so maybe it wasnt him

Essero Eson

Maybe instead of explaining things, we can let her watch the series and learn the answers for herself. Explaining things that get explained later is called a spoiler, folks. If she still doesn't understand by the end of the series, then it's okay to explain things she didn't get.

Mahmoud Mohamed

Actually none of it was filmed in Egypt due to the difficulty of obtaining permits, the shooting was moved to Hungary and Jordan and some other places and the rest is CGI but Mohamed Diab the show's Director which is an Egyptian, made sure to do an accurate representation of the city and our culture because the way it is always represented in western media was like a desert and bunch of camels and the pyramids :D So what he did and these are his words "One of the main things that was really important for me, is how to depict Egypt in the past and the present. As Egyptians, when we see ourselves in the movies and we’re usually very upset, because the place itself is not the same. Like it’s never shot in Egypt. And if it’s shot in Egypt, it’s usually in a very exotic way. You see the desert and the pyramids. Even if you just pan a little bit, the pyramids are in the middle of a city. 20 million people. It’s like New York. It’s crazy. It never sleeps and it has skyscrapers!". Apologies for taking so long to explain, but hope this was helpful lol. As always great reaction Nat and can't wait for the next one this show just keeps getting better and better. Cheers.

Sebastian Syrinx

It wasn't "convenient" that those guys were there at the beginning That was the same building they were on the roof of Steven wasnt in control very long. Just enough to go downstairs and call a cab

Stoned Misthios

Nat has such a potty mouth🤣🤣I luv it

Trish Murphy

This is one of my all time favorites shows. It’s thought provoking but funny. Oscar Isaac is such a great actor. So far you’ve had the same comments & reactions as I have. It will be interesting how you react to the rest of the series ✌️💚

Summer

random trivia: Estrada is Oscar Isaac’s actual last name, so that’s probably where they got his alias’ surname

DMON

When this is all over and only then, you should watch the Emergency Awesome explanation of this. And yes Grant is Steven's last name. This implies that Mark created the DID personality after watching the movie over and over.
