I've not seen all of DAREDEVIL. But that's like a mini-MCU. It's all connected to JESSICA JONES, LUKE CAGE, PUNISHER and IRON FIST. So, you might have to do it all.

Hello Nat and Happy May 18th!! 😄🥂 If Daredevil wins, you shouldn't watch the whole serie, it'll force you to watch other Marvel series, which are not necessarily of great interest and are questionable in terms of quality Personally I don't see the real interest of watching Daredevil (Only 2 characters appear, one for 5 seconds of screen time, and a second one for "almost nothing"), it seems to me a weak justification, even if it's now canon in the MCU Anyway, I hope you're fine, take care, be safe and stay golden as you are! 💛

I think its a pity that long TV Series are with short ones, Arcane is masterpice only 9 episodel long so far, Daredevil is also good series except second half of season 2 but is long. So it means we don't see reaction to Arcane for a few months :(

I'm a bit surprised that Daredevil is beating Arcane. I really like Daredevil, but Arcane is an actual masterpiece (I rarely use that word; this is also coming from someone who loves comic book movies/shows). Anyways, I hope you react to all of these shows eventually, Nat. I agree with the people that say that you should watch Arcane before Daredevil as it's only 9 episodes. I also agree with the people that say that, if you're going to watch Daredevil, you should watch all the Marvel Netflix shows (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, the Defenders, and the Punisher) in release order (DD season 1, JJ season 1, DD season 2, LC season 1, IF season 1, Defenders, Punisher season 1, JJ season 2, LC season 2, IF season 2, DD season 3, Punisher season 2, and JJ season 3). Each season is 13 episodes except for the Defenders (8 episodes) and IF season 2 (10 episodes), which is 161 total episodes. If you end up doing the entire Defenders saga in order, I would suggest doing one season, then moving on to a non-Marvel/comic book show before returning to another season of the Defenders saga. It'll help you keep your sanity (I suggest this for all long series, like Smallville, which is even longer than the Defenders saga)

Well, not surprised a marvel show is winning with this crowed. Daredevil is literally blind batman. Its not a bad show but compared to the rest in this list, its the longest of all of them. you could finish most these shows before daredevil ends plus you have quite a few cross overs in daredevil that need to be watched. No apposed to you watching dare devil but its a commitment to this part of the MCU. This is the part of the MCU that has its own contained avengers like plot.

god what a poll lol i cant decide, all 4 are fantastic, Arcane is short, 9 eps, while Daredevil is long with 3 seasons (plus defenders) so id say Arcane and Then Daredevil, Arcane is seriously amazing, it just hasn't had the extra few seasons to develop, but that first season alone has it as one of my all time favourite shows, it is genuinely amazing, both visually stunning and the characters are so unique and complex. (also, you don't need to know anything about the game, its an entirely new story using some stuff from the game, but its an all new story, so no prior knowledge needed at all) if, for nothing else, i highely recommend Arcane for the visual

You can watch Arcane in a weekend as it is 9 episodes. Most of which are around 40 min. Daredevil is nearly 40 episodes. Consider going for Arcane first regardless of the poll. I personally think you'll enjoy Arcane more. Daredevil can come next and will go for a long time.

I'd say Arcane. While Daredevil (wich is in the lead while i'm typing this) is a great shows, theres also lots of episode to go through and it will take quite sometimes to finish. Arcane only has 9 episode and will give us a break of the MCU. Other possibility would be to do the longer show alonside some shorter one to mix things up a little bit.

I'm really hoping that Arcane and Daredevil are so close that you watch both because I think you'd love both, Nat. But if you only choose one I think Arcane is your series, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't watch it, you'll love the art and the characters and the story. Please do arcane first, marvel ultras have rigged this poll because they know Daredevil is not a stand alone series and they’re trying to push you down a marvel path that has over 3 extra series within its timeline. Please don’t bother you will be watching it out of order and it wont make sense. Take a break from marvel from the tv show aspect until you are ready to do marvel tv in order. Just diversify and do other shows like arcane and random movies.

Dardevil is a little confusing. You could just watch Dardevil alone and probably be ok, but all the Netflix shows (now on Disney plus) are kind of like the MCU in how you shouldn't just watch one thing. Here is the recommended watch order for all the shows if you want to do it this way. I think it's more rewarding watching it like this. Daredevil is a masterpiece. It's the best thing to come out of the MCU, including every show and movie. And the character is guaranteed to appear in some new Marvel stuff so watching the show would give you extra context.

I'm really hoping Arcane pulls through. A break from Marvel stuff would be nice. As with all things Marvel, it's ties and callbacks are either setting up for a season down the road, allude to something that will happen in a different show, or tie together a piece from another Marvel show. Its the typical marvel baggage, (I do love me some s1 & s2 daredevil). Arcane on the other hand, is a masterclass in storytelling where its "show, not tell". I honestly think Nat would be floored with the writing, score, screenplay and technical tricks of camera work. Its a complete package. EDIT: (In opposition to the "kid wanting to watch a video game show" argument from people i see elsewhere in comments. This comment section has gotten out of hand, and I'm probably only making things worse, but having said that... season one of Daredevil works on its own. There's no rule (that I'm aware of) that we have to plow through all the seasons of a given show at once, that seems like overkill to me anyway, especially since the shows themselves were never paced like that originally. I'd also be fine with Arcane, even though it's apparently about League of Legends, which I have zero interest in. For reaction fodder it'd be interesting to see Nat try to navigate the weird timeline of The Witcher season one. As for Stranger Things, if there's ever any plan to do that on this channel, now might be the time since the final season is coming soon.

If I didn't know better I'd say Akiro is someone who desperately wants Arcane to never be watched by Natalie. I'm literally on the train of wanting Nat to make the executive decision to watch Arcane before Daredevil because it's short and will be an emotional rollercoaster for her. On the subject of the issues surrounding this vote, I would like to offer a solution to the problem over being bitter and creating drama. Not everyone one is a fan every TV series; live or animated. So, instead of doing the whole series of a voted in show, could we do possibly 1 season, then vote for a new show in after said season and exclude the show that Nat just ended from the vote so a new show gets watched, then having the show we watch a season of come back on the next tv show vote and this way Patrons don't have to wait for multiple seasons of a show to see something they might be more into watching. I would love to see Nat react to Agent's of Shield and/or Agent Carter, Battlestar Galatica and the Expanse, but I actually do not vote for these shows (except for the Expanse as I really like that show :) for the reason that I do think it is unfair to make everyone slough thru something that are 6 to 7 seasons long, even if I want it over what everyone else wants. This seems like a fair way to handle this issue and keep a good variety of shows rotating to keep that spice of life.

Hi Nat im with foxyguava who posted above Arcane gives you a neat 3 chunks of 3 episodes a piece. Nice and quick. Daredevil is multiple seasons and will take a while we can totally mix in some Arcane or even just do all of Arcane before jumping back into the old Marvel/Netflix era.

So after the craziness in the comments, I had to watch Arcane and see what all the fuss was about. And, I have to admit when I’m wrong. Arcane was VERY very…. mediocre. Lol. I knew I was gonna struggle a bit with enjoying it because of my bias against the LoL fandom, but I still thought I would actually enjoy it for the most part. The game and the characters are pretty good, it’s only the community that was terrible. The pacing and script are all over the place, the animation and art style are pretty, but nothing overly unique or groundbreaking as previously suggested; and the soundtrack on it’s own is good, but when the popular songs actually appear in the episodes, they feel really out of place and turn the scene more into a music video than anything actually compelling or cinematic (reminded me a lot about the criticism the first Suicide Squad movie recieved about being mostly just one long music video). It’s not a BAD show. I can see why people enjoy it. It’s DEFINITELY a fan service to League of Legends players, and if you’re not familiar with the game, you’re not gonna care about 90% of the characters as the whole show is just the backstory to the game.. I will say the voice acting is excellent though! 100% 10 outta 10 on that front! There are definitely a lot better animated series out there. Whoever is calling this a “masterpiece” though really needs to broaden their horizons a bit. Definitely glad Daredevil won over it as the story of that is waaay more compelling. Still… I’d wish of all of them Westworld would have won. I’d love to go into more detail about it, but I don’t want to give any spoilers about specific things incase Nat decides to actually watch it at some point.

Ender here gave arcane a chance and gave his honest and fair thoughts on the showm because he called it mediocre he got attacked by the animation/arcane crazies telling him that he was wrong. This is what I've been saying all along.
