looking at your schedule, I'm gonn go back and watch S1 and 2 of Ted Lasso again. It was such a treat to see you watch that show and hopefully s3 will be great too.

RationallySassy

Ooo this is a fun week. Love the Jurassic Park movies!

Boomcity

Hell yes Jurassic Park! We need to get Nat to watch them all (yes, even the World Trilogy)! Good or bad they're pretty entertaining.

Malak☆ملاك

OMG I JUST REALIZED YOU STARTED WATCHING LOK IM SO HAPPY!!

CHRISXGAMESALOT

Lol I was confused I thought it read Loki lol.

Adam McCabe

Why did I think Nat was watching Loki for a second there 😆

Matt Even

I am on board for Legend of Korra and season 3 of Ted Lasso, didn’t halt my subscription and very glad I stuck around!

Danishprince

This is an amazing schedule! Korra and Lasso together is top tier <3

Danishprince

Yeah they changed the order of the elements in the intro - As the cycle of the Avatar changes so does the cycle of the elements. The cycle began with Fire followed by Air then Water and lastly Earth, rinse and repeat :D

Rey

I got so confused thinking this was loki lol

Mastervodo

So did I! I was like, "Is Loki season 2 out already?"

Darryl Low

Happy Monday Nat. Hope you had an awesome weekend too 😊 Jurassic Park! Yay! You da best Nat 🤗 and the return of Ted and more adventures of Korra. Gonna be an amazing week 😊

John Piazza

You said “he still had Katara and Aang” instead of Katara and Sokka 🤣

Ian

Happy Monday nat hope you have had an awesome weekend and got to enjoy the great outdoors, looking forward to ted lasso so much but that's days away yet korra is ok not something I get excited about but watch regardless with today's snack which is hot spicy chicken strips and an ice cold bottle of cider 🍺 cheers to you nat

djKENTO

I have a feeling Loki is gonna get delayed because of a certain cast member…

djKENTO

I didn’t like Korra at this point either because she really does just get in her own way which is annoying problem for your protagonist to have. Thankfully she knocks that shit off and the writers figure out what they really wanna do with her.

eemersonm

It's honestly crazy to go back to the beginning of LoK and remember how all these characters started cause it's been awhile since I've rewatched. Korra's personality was super immature but also makes a ton of sense since she was super sheltered super privileged - everything was always focused on her and clearly the three elements were a breeze for her so she's also like a kid prodigy which in it of itself is kind of annoying. I still found Aang to be much more annoying than her though haha.

Erik Stevenson

100% stoked for Jurassic Park on Friday!

Jason Dolan

I’d be down with you watching all 6 Jurassic Films - they’re fun to revisit and experience with someone and even if you have already seen them they’re just fun to watch and discuss.

FearTheTREMOR

One thing I think you missed, those guys who had on the uniforms on to watch her and who were fixing the training gates were White Lotus members. The secret society that Iroh, Bumi, Pakku, Piandao, and Jeong Jeong were all a part of. So they are still a part of the world, watching over the Avatar. I know she's annoying, but she's literally a teenager. It's part of the expectation she would be very brash and hard headed. Plus, her personality is very much like an earthbender, not a waterbender that she was born as. That's also why the intro is different. The intro starts with the element after the avatars birth one. Aang was born an Airbender, and water was first in the intro, then air last. Korra was born a Waterbender, so earth was the first element in the intro, with her birth element last. And I love the recap film reel thing. It fits perfectly when you think about the Era they're in with the growth of new technology like radios. Those announcers had a grand time when film was first being made. 😅

Sean

Korra grows up and matures. They gave her character flaws to overcome.

Darchangel

Should've said last time but want to say now, I am super here for you watching Korra, just so you know ✨️

Narutoanime16

I read this as Loki thinking I missed a Loki announcement lol

Daniel McGuinness

The 2000 year old relic destruction was a big hurdle for me to overcome first time around, I’ll admit 😭😭 as you said “she’s got a lot growing to do” 😂😅

Steve

Yeah...same. Was also really surprised she'd either started on episode 2, or I'd missed the first one somehow.

Ariana Mitchell

fun fact! mako is the name of the voice actor for uncle iroh!!

Ariana Mitchell

i can relate a little too much to korra's impatience, immediately not being good at something and quitting is something i know too well. i like that we are seeing how difficult it is to air-bend though

Jason Dolan

I keep thinking this is LOKI lol

Michael S. Mammano

It's the same order of the Avatar cycle: Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Water... etc. It's just shifting so that it ends on the Avatar's native element, as it did with Aang. :)

Arry

have you watched loki series

simon.shoots

Petition to switch ted lasso to MON TUES

Robert Bonfante

Korra's character development is one of the best things about this series. But she needed to start from "rock bottom" so to speak. To compare, I didn't get into ATLA because of the first 2 episodes, which didn't do all that much for me. The show started to hit when Aang went to the air temple in episode 3 -- the fact that a kid's show would even approach the topic of genocide blew my mind, but it was handled very well and I was blown away. That's when ATLA became good for me. And I definitely agree. Korra needs friends to balance her impetuous nature and to sort of ground her, much like Aang needed his gang.

Logan Kerlee

Enjoyed watching along. :) I'm not going to wait and watch with you - I can't help but watch more. :P Hope that you're enjoying the start of the week!

Jenny Tolls

I like this show but this episode was always meh for me. The next one is where it starts to get really good!! 😃

Jake w

Hey Nat, would you consider doing two episodes in one sitting? I totally understand if not :)

Mastervodo

I think that subliminally, we are all being programmed to vote for Loki Season 2 when it comes out.

Shen V

yer not wrong, Nat; early Korra is rough, in many senses of the word. I love this show to bits, but I'm sure we all yelled at Korra in the first few episodes. They can do more things with her than they could with the 12 year old boy, and they do. No spoilers!

Steve J

The first 4 I think are all classics (with the first one being up there with Back to the Future). The last 2 seemed to go off the rails a bit
