potential update for ALL tiers! (Patreon)

Been thinking about this for a little bit, and I wanted to pitch it to you all! Just a little minor update available to everyone- instead of having early commission slots available to just my top tier, I make them available to all my tiers!

YCH preclaims would still be exclusive to my $5 and $8 tiers, and my top tier would still have its special commission options, but if every single tier had access to early general commissions- would that be something you're all interested in? :"3
