Ok, so I should be able to release the next version later this week. I have at least a basic amount of the art finished, and most of the writing completely done. I still need to tweak a few of the scenes, and there are a lot of details I need to finish up with Storm's doggy pose, like some hair and expression options, but there is enough there to at least get testing started and I can finish up the rest in the following builds. I got a bit delayed by having to completely redo the torso for Jubilee's BJ pose because it just wasn't looking right when animated. I think it's in a good place right now thought, and I'm happy with how her relationship scenes are turning out.

Awesome! Actually whilst its on my mind, I wanted to ask you about a couple of things for the game going forward. threesomes. Sometime in the future, is it on the agenda to ever have threesome stuff visually represented? I understand the huge amount of work such a thing would involve...maybe even just static pictures? And secondly, more events; like, maybe coming across two of the girls doing stuff to each other, if the player has 'developed' them sufficiently for that? Thank you for continuing to work on the awesome game!

It's already possible to find girls doing things together, it's just kind of random and hard to proc. I've never managed to walk in on them myself, but sometimes they also call you.

I'll start by pointing out the primary problem I'd have to deal with here. Each of the girls has a different body shape, and dozens of clothing items, so if I decided to create even one girl/girl pose, then I would need to do this in a way that the body parts match up in whichever combinations they get paired, so for the current girls alone, if completely nude and in their default hair styles, that might be a dozen or more fully bodies to draw for that one pose type, Then they each have their clothing, so like Storm's doggy style pose isn't finished yet, but currently contains 96 image elements, so that or more for each of those poses. That's the hard part. But with that said, what I can do is incorporate their existing poses, or slight modifications to them, to make them appear more interacting with each other. I am considering ways to better incorporate this in later builds, like maybe combining one girl's doggy style pose with another's missionary pose. And yeah, girls will hook up with each other from time to time, and if this occurs, you can walk in on them. It mainly happens if they have reasonably high inhibition stat, and typically if you've been ignoring them for a bit so they have to look elsewhere, and then there are various other factors like how many threesomes they've been a part of together, whether both are dating you, things like that. The intention is to have them pick girls that they would be most *likely* to hook up with. :D

Thank you for the detailed response! I sometimes think you spoil us with how much effort you put into the animations when I suspect we would probably be OK with a static picture here and there, outfits be damned. But that just goes to show how seriously you take this project and how lucky we are. I am now going to see if I can trigger one of those scenes, haha!

It can never be understated how impressive the amount of art, animation, programming, and storytelling Oni puts into this game is. There's always multiple elements to appreciate in each new update, be it charming character dialog or new variable effects, and we thank you for the effort!

Something I might consider doing, and we'll see how into this the community might be, but basically a "community generated" pic every now and then. I could run a series of polls to pick one pairing of characters, doing a specific activity, wearing specific outfits, etc., and then once the subject is determined, I could draw that one scenario as a specific piece of art. I do try to seriously respect all the customization choices at every stage in the game itself though, I want to avoid having "just make everyone nude and default so that we can get it in" in this game, although other games do that and that's a perfectly valid creative choice for their games. It just doesn't fit with what I'm choosing to do here. :D

I do understand where you're coming from, but when you consider that it becomes more and more prohibitive because of how much work it would be, you gotta start compromising on some of it imo. Maybe have it be a background project so you add like one per month or something, idk. Low pressure or intensity so you're progressing on it incrementally.

On 997F2, in Jubliee's room, I asked her on a date "well come on" cause it was already late, got there "you stood me up" she stormed off and it got the rollback prompt, but it only put me at the start of the conversation about her being mad at me leading to a loop

I'm very excited, as I thoroughly enjoy this game. Thanks so much for the amount of work you put into it. I only really have one thing I would hope could be changed. It's a small thing, but it breaks the flow of the scenes. I'm referring to some of the position changes. For example, when going from vaginal to anal, I wish the speed could stay the same. As I said, it's a small thing, and that being said, once again, I appreciate the effort and time you put into this and I'm lookin forward to any future updates.

Hmm. Did it already shift from evening (sunset sky) to night time (black sky)? If so, yeah, you missed the date. Don't try to "edge" the clock on the date thing. :D If that wasn't the case, then I'm not exactly sure what is causing that, the "stood up" scene should be impossible to trigger until at least one block of time has passed afterward. Could you have stood her up on a previous night?

I'll look into this, it might be possible. I believe that the way it currently works is because some actions do slightly different things at different speeds and also because I want to make sure everything is set to default when a scene starts up, but I might be able to make this a bit more smooth.

Hard to pick honestly, I'm a huge Gambit and Rogue fan, loved Kitty in the Ultimate comics, Jean's bitchy persona in this has awoken something in me, but I also have a big thing for asians and Jubilee's eccentricism give her a boost for me. I'll just go with 'All of the above'

Indeed. Gambit and Rogue are my 2 favorite x-men and comic book characters in general. I actually also really like Jean's attitude. I think what I like most about Laura is not necessarily her character in general, it's her poses and such in her animations.
