Ben X Slave Quest 0.06 TESTER BUILD (Patreon)

Holy Guac! It's out!

Before you download it, some VERY IMPORTANT points, guys and gals:

This is an unfinished, unpolished build. It is supposed to, it's a tester build so those of you guys who feel like helping out can find discrepancies with the previous public build and report them to us so we can fix them. Apply as testers on Discord and we'll hook you up with access to out tester site. It's so easy to submit reports there, I love it.

It's running on a new engine we made ourselves from scratch! (just so you know) And we have pretty big plans for it. Not just as an engine for Ben X ;)

We had to disable scrollback for now. Just for the tester version. I know, it sucks. But otherwise your saves may get corrupted and you'd be reporting issues that have 100% to do with rollbacks and nothing else, so it's for the best. This way, until we fix it, you report only the bugs or needed fixes that have nothing to do with the rollback. Then you can use your saves without issues when we send you a new build with rollback back in.

I'm still planning on making corrections to the build. Animations, SFX, FX, you name it. Some of them are listed as bugs in the tester site (although we use the word loosely to mean "anything that's not implemented the way it ought to"), others I'll notice and fix myself as I keep playing and testing even more. So make sure you download the latest build if you are testing.

Thank you so much to ALL of you, tester or not, for giving Ben X Slave Quest a try. I'm going to keep working on it until 1. It plays and looks just like the Ren'py version (rollback included), 2. It's even better, with improved effects, SFX, better transitions, tweaked dialog, improved art... 3. The whole thing is finished and we can see Ben X's story's credits rolling!

And remember: this game and all the games I make wouldn't be possible without you guys. I always do!
