HI there since I am getting ZERO help from patreon I am sorry but I am having to try and post my videos several times trying to get the thumbnail to show!!!

Sorry you're having a problem. No worries. I think we all know you're trying. I stopped using PayPal because they make it almost impossible to submit a claim. Another place where you get no help and can't talk to a real person!

I've not had good luck dealing with their support! They just ignore me!

make sure you update the app and you can google the issue and it will bring you to the steps you need to take - what is your issue?
