Oh my, I’m so excited!! I have a micron brush pen and I’ve never used it! I’ve been too afraid!! I can’t wait… I’ve just started the video!!😉🤗🥰

Great! Thank you for encouraging us to do new things

Okay, so I tried it and that was so much fun! I actually tried it on one of my own drawings. I do occasionally draw in ink just to challenge myself, but I’ve avoided using my brush pen. I also have another set of brush pens that I purchased a while back and they have just been sitting there unused until TODAY!!🤗🥰 They are Kuretake Bimoji Fude brush pens and they’re great. Thanks for encouraging us to get out of our comfort zone… loved this tutorial!!💞

I especially love watching you mix your colors. And thank you for naming them for reference! What kind of mixing pallet is it you use?

Deborah Eichel

I can’t wait to paint this one. I love it so much. I was a high school English teacher, retired now. Books are so vital to my existence! I have them all around me, and I could see me sitting on steps with a pile of books. I love the colors. I love everything about it! Thank you, Ellen.

This is my favourite tutorial! I appreciate the tips for drawing as I want to improve my drawing as well as painting. It was so much fun and I am happy with my result. Love this illustrative style and how you teach it.

I am very interested in loose sketchy stuff. Would love to see more of this style.
