This is beautiful but that’s nothing unusual. I’m trying to see if I can find some substitute for some of the colors. I don’t have many of those colors, but I don’t know enough about color theory to know what I can substitute for another one. That’s probably my biggest problem right now. Thanks everyone. Some input is much appreciated

Joanne Korba

That is a very sweet painting, love fall colors!

Rosemary Circo

Whew! figured out my account and sooo excited to jump in and get busy painting again. Love the fall and your technique help. Thank you.

Julie

Can’t wait to jump in ….pulled all the colors and made a swatch card…what a beautiful palette !!! Thanks Ellen for this little glimpse of autumn !!

Patricia Trompeter

I don’t have many autumn colors either. I may just try some mixing as a hit or Miss to find the colors I want to use. I’m going to write down the mixes I like. Happy painting!

Linda Healey

Fun. I like the spare look and the slope!

Bren

As a beginner which brushes would you advise to buy first please Ellen?
