Ellen, I am soooo thankful you shared all this from your Spain and France workshops! So beautiful to see and hear about those areas. My poor health will never again allow me to travel. It's something I've been having to come to terms with, and it's not easy, I confess. Even places down here in Georgia, and surrounding states, I'm struggling to accept my reality. That's why what you do here on Patreon means so much to me! And, I thank you!

Brenda, I completely empathize with you! My health limits my ability to travel as well. We have an RV and road trips are limited to 4-5 hours max within BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan. Destinations abroad are vacationed vicariously through Ellen. Although I could dream forever, I am also so very thankful for the beauty and serenity found closer to home.

"We", you must be married. You are blessed to have a " Life Partner". I am totally by myself. Well, I have my two kittie boys here. They are a great comfort to me. I DO have a Darling Daughter who lives over in Alabama. I get to see her a few times a year when she's able to come visit. Ellen's patreon channel here, along with her YouTube channel is really important, and special to me. I bet ya'll have some beautiful mountain scenery up there!! Many thanks for writing me.

My pleasure. Yes, I am so very grateful to have a wonderfully supportive husband who looks after me. ♥️ Otherwise, I might have been living in a seniors retirement centre. Our mountains and foothills are in my heart and soul. Couldn't imagine not being able to see them in all their glory from where we live. I've been to MT, ID, WA, OR, CA, NV & AZ. Aside from Utah, Georgia is a state I would have loved to visit. There has to be something said about your southern charm, history, oak trees with Spanish moss, beaches and more.

And I agree. We all take our pleasures from what is available to us. Some travel the world, take cruises. Others might go for a short walk and enjoy the serenity of a park bench. But, like most if not all of us in this membership, painting and Ellen is our escape from the daily routines.

Thank you Ellen. I really enjoyed this video. I attended the retreat in France last year led by another artist and it was such an amazing experience. I would recommend the Uptrec retreats to everyone. Im sure I would enjoy attending your retreat also , even though the location was the same the subjects and techniques were different. Love it. I’m already booked for Morocco next year. Maybe 2028!

This was great to watch. I’m going to your Morocco retreat next April so it’s nice to see examples of what I can expect. I’m also taking the time now to exercise in order to up my endurance for all the walking we will be doing.

I attended my first ever retreat this year in Almeria. (Gift from my mother-in-law and I attended with my sister-in-law). It was a blast! I am a newbie…not brand new but pretty close. In our class there were novices like myself and there were some amazing advanced artists. Ellen’s teaching touched each and every one of us! We learned from Ellen and we learned from each other. The group was supportive and fantastic and Ellen was complimentary and full of knowledge and sooooo very helpful. If you are on the edge of attending a retreat or workshop, DO IT! This was an experience I will treasure for a lifetime! ❤️
