This is a beautiful painting! I hope I can do it justice when I try it. Thanks so much for the tutorial. 😊

Martie

Been waiting for something like this. I’m so excited that I’m going to pull out my 16X20 Arches 300 lb!

Pamela Stearns

I can't wait to get this one done & on the wall. Thnx Ellen. But now? More mini Mondays for my mini book. 💕

Mary Peters Ballesteros

Tried this today and I love it. Plan on painting again in a larger size. Thanks Ellen!

Shana

My heart just skipped at beat looking at this thumbnail. Full page painting and a long tutorial. I haven't even watched it yet, hooray Ellen, thank you.

Rae Baker

Thanks Ellen , she was great to paint 🖌💜🙏

Shana

I am assuming you have a life time experience of watercoloring. I heard the techniques you were speaking while painting, yet I picked up on dozens more as every few minutes past and that only comes from doing (your experience). Sure I could follow the tutorial and kind of get close to what you painted. But doing another drawing and painting on my own would still show the lack of experience that I have. I'd love to pick up all the tips like magic and be able to paint like that over night... Who wouldn't? I could watch this tutorial a thousand times and keep practicing, but that is the point. Doing it. This is why I've watched you for the past year. This is why getting more serious and finding the joy in the craft is important to my soul. I always say Thank you, yet I whole heartedly mean it. It's nice to come across a teacher (mentor) and speaks the right language as you do. Ellen, your the best mentor for this growing journey I am on. I even silently cried watching... Sentimental I am if you can tell. Stunning art.... Bye for now. Shana...

Tanya

LOVE THIS!!

Valerie Gaunt

I absolutely love this tutorial! I learn so much from you, every time I watch you I learn something new! Thank you for your patience, my Lavendar Girl actually looked real good!

Ellen Crimi-Trent

wow thank you for this - so nice to hear! :) its hard to teach people to create their own style it only comes with continuous painting- and there you pick your colors and either loose or tight that you are drawn to.

Eunice

Loved this!

Sharon Christian

I really enjoyed this tutorial. I have a small Facebook account and I usually post my paintings. Someone wanted to buy my Lavender girl! That was a first. I was flattered, but didn’t sell it.

Pamela Stearns

I wish I could share my results here. She's beautiful! Now in a sage green frame. I stylized her hair & skin tone to match mine. Love it! THNX ELLEN💕 now back to the minis

Hi Ellen. Absolutely love this tutorial. I have no trouble accessing the traceable and the video but can not find the paint colors and supplies listed. I did as your instructions say to click on the YouTube button and it takes me to you tube but I can’t find the video there. I’m sorry to have to tell you about this problem My only other way is to watch thru the whole video and jot down the colors. Do you have any solution. Am I not doing it correctly. Thank you as always for your generosity and inspiration.
