I do want to mention again as I forget in video don't freak out about shared rooms- you only sleep there  really and we have a Facebook  group page opened up 4 months prior to get to know everyone so you will not feel like your with a stranger- most of my retreats people come back for a shared room- you make strong friendship bonds when your on trips like this!! :) And there is a fair amount of walking so make sure you can walk on these excursions - they can be hilly. :)
