I'm sorry but I never find the sketchbook of the painting, you know tne outlines to draw (I can't draw by myself). Do you mind puttin them for your painting so it'd be easier to reproduce the painting please ?

Becky Timm

Ellen, did you do a traceable for this? I love it & want to try it but cannot draw well at all!

Barbara Chapman

I need the traceable also. Thanks for all the lessons.

If I can learn to draw anyone can. It really is all about the shapes you see and practicing. Start small. A door, a fence, a window or a piece of fruit. Look for the shadows and highlights. It will make you a better artist. You can do it! It just takes time 💕

My problem is getting the proportions accurate. I keep practicing to draw but the proportions are off. I divide my page into thirds, which gets me closer but, I fear, not close enough. Any hints you can offer would be appreciated.

it does NOT have to look perfect- most of the art I love is wonky fun paintings and sketches- too many ppl get caught up in making it look like a photo and then wonder why they have no style- how you get style is to draw what you see and paint it- the more you do it the better the outcome!

Thank you for the encouraging words. Today I especially needed to hear them.
