For traveling to Europe, I keep the clear plastic brush head tubes that come with the brushes and put them back on before packing them in my brush holder.

Rosemarie Berry

I’m so pleased you had such a lovely time and I hope you managed to recharge whilst away. It can’t be easy producing so many videos as well as everything else you do. Thank you for your hard work.

Eliz

What’s the difference between the Princeton Neptune brushes and the Princeton Velebet touch? Why would you use one over the other ?

Eliz

Also I agree on the traceable. I struggle drawing it draw on my own but if I do it often it gets better and better. I practice a lot in a sketch book.

I think you might be trying to say “jack-a-randa”. Flowers are tubular and lavender in color. Had one in my front yard in CA when I was a kid. Thanks for this beautiful tutorial. Your vacation sounds amazing and restorative.

Patricia Trompeter

Ellen, I love this one so much! I feel like I’m inside of this painting enjoying the lush greens and stone wall. However, I am confused as to what the white box on the right is?

Patricia Trompeter

Because of this beautiful painting, I’m inspired to take a photo of my garden stone wall and stone patio in my back yard. I’ll try to paint it after I try yours.

Leeann Esser

Thanks so much for breaking down the process Ellen! This is one of the things I love about your teaching style😉

I think I would have preferred to paint in the palm tree and leaves before the background sky. I really got lost.
