Does anyone know what happens if you sign up for a waitlisted room (all single rooms now waitlisted) and nothing becomes available? … or how they match folks for double occupancy rooms? I emailed uptrek but haven’t received a reply. Txs in advance.

if you only want the single and it doesn't become available then you cannot get the single - there is no particular way I know of matching ppl but uptrek might know- if you picked the category of a certain double i.e. double with ocean view then you get a person who picked that room also- I would ask others on the Facebook page- since I have many roomies there from past retreats on their experience as roomies :)

Also ppl can get to know each other on the Facebook group months in advance they will not know who they are rooming with but will find out more about each other there- and possibly join each other in an excursion or dinner etc. before the retreat in the location- many from past retreats did this in Paris, Toulouse, Spain.

Hi There! Just joined patreon. It’s about time I did since I’ve enjoyed watching you for 2 years now. This Portugal retreat sounds exciting, Ellen. But I’ll have to chew on it. Will you be doing another Cape Cod retreat next year? That would be more doable for me. Thank you for all your tutorials! (Ooh, I just saw that the Portugal retreat is sold out already! )
