Killing herself killed millions because the disease she gained would have helped scientists come up with the cures to many diseases. Had to look at the link. She only caused the deaths of so many because the fortune teller told her and thus she killed herself believing the wrong things.

Reading the story on reddit, and the comment that was updated with your comic link. Took me a moment to realize but it was mindblowing. How beliefs can change our paths, The realization that someone can feel insignificant or that the world would be better off without them yet to the world they could have played a major role. Wonderful comic as always.
