Hello friends!
This month I decided to start the Demon Horde session (voted bu you guys!) recording the video from scratch, so you can see exactly how i turn a bunch of spheres and cylinders into implings and ferocious demons.
I'll not record the full release of course, I'm just improvising.
The Demon Horde will be live next month, february 2020!

Please check our previous post if you still have not downloaded the current Monthly Set!

Wow, i was just talking to my pal about how there arent very many demon/ devil models. I know its a devil and not a demon but if a bearded devil made its way into the set that would be sick

GameNight

I'm so glad you posted this. I love watching the artistic process unfold. Love you guys!

Generalnuke

Any chance of modular demon wings with this release?

Valentin Lungu

These look awesome! Can we have multiple arm / tentacles / crab claw options? :D

Thomas Stalhood

Great video Andrea. Didn’t realize how many more limitations zbrush core has than zbrush. Loved the video!

Glynn Smith

I loved this as well - great model / process to watch.

Vendy

Dang. It would be amazing if you folks did a series of videos for folks looking to start 3d modelling. Even the improv is fantastic!

Im so excited for this release next month. My campaign will feature demons tied to a player's backstory and this will be epic to add into my game! Keep up the good work.

Terje Erwing Bjelkholm

This is actually very helpful. I would love more of these kinds of videos in the future.

cole murray

Ohh! For this month, instead of doing male and female minions, since I believe most imps are male, could we do two with wings and maybe a tail like the demons in D&D. I love these guys you made but some little winged imps would be cool too

Rich DiLorenzo

You are really talented at this! You made it look so easy to create these amazing models.

SteveWasEre

So are we getting an Incubus to go with the Succubus this month? Feel like if the pinup model was to get a bit of sexual equality, this is the month.

demonwombatofdoom

I would like to see some female imps, but looking more like Glasya instead of big nosed goblin type with wings and tail.

Vendy

That's not how it works. Thinking that anyone interested in 3d modelling would immediately seek to become competition is an incredibly negative way to view people who are interested in the hobby. I asked about it because I'm trying to learn and understand because I'm pursuing 3d modelling in general, and between all of the "tutorial" videos out there, I'm lost. The only way people learn is by asking others who already know.

Kyamsil Designs

Thanks for the video! As someone that is learning ZBrush to hopefully sculpt my own miniatures someday it has been invaluable! At the very least I have learned about a couple of brushes I hadn't used yet. Cheers!

Robb

Amazing work! It’s soooo fun to what Cha the process of creation done by someone with talent, vision, and skill!

jeffery huerta

I am a professional miniatures painter and I also teach people to paint. I don't see the people I teach as competition.

Riathenors

Loved the video enjoy watching you go through the process

Matt Brown

I'll join as soon as I can afford to but I'm already supporting 7 other Patreons for stl files. If I join next month will I miss out on the Deepwood elves or is there an archive?

eddy

it is possible to have the complete figure, since assembling the pieces is difficult for me

Torsten Senz

I'd love to have severall seperate bodies, limbs and heads in different styles to build an entire army with individualized models.

Chris Thompson

Meshmixer or Microsoft 3d builder if imported together gets put in the right places, then you can export as one whole model

Gamma_Liz

Is this done using ZBrush?

Gamma_Liz

Great! My daughter is just learning the program. I'll send her this so she can see how it's done.

Jason Brown

haha, make sure to let her know this is the result of years of dedication or she might get discouraged.
