Alexia

I’m so excited!!! I finally get to see her live in December in Philly 😭😭😭

Henri J. Mertens

Aurora and the director of these music videos would probably make an amazing horror movie together lol. In the vein of Midsommar

Teuntje

Btw the thing she's saying in the outro of My Body Is Not Mine is 'CEASEFIRE NOW' mixed with 'IS THIS ALL YOU GOT?!?!'

(She confirmed this at some point in a reaction to an insta comment asking about it)

Dillon Sylvester

It’s finally happening! Thank you so much for this reaction! Glad to hop back into some more Aurora!

Very nice! I was hoping for this reaction. You might like this short video (1m28s) of Aurora dancing to the ending of "To Be Alright" which you liked: (Edit: It was still available on instagram) https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7pVQS1MJGd/ Here is a quote from Aurora regarding "The Conflict Of The Mind": https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2P863QNgvn/ "This is a song for everything you never said. Everything we left unspoken. Everything we still feel, lingering in the air around us. I know many of you know how it feels to be in a family, where everything is painful. Remains quiet. And hidden. There is nothing more painful than seeing the ones I love cry, but at the same time it fills my heart up. Because it's the greatest feeling in the world. To open up. And be there for someone. If only, we were brave enough. It's truly when we open up we find the purest proof of love hidden in the conflict of our minds." "Some Type Of Skin" is about building "emotional skin" against all the harsh things going on in the world. In the music video Aurora represents people feeling too much and needing to protect themselves, while the mannequins represent people feeling nothing and being too closed off from their feelings. Here is a quote from Aurora on BBC Radio, where the song premiered: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LntJjlQrQzc&t=60s "This song is very much about the act of building our skin, so I guess finding the perfect balance between building up skin, so you can protect what is soft in you against what is harsh in the world. But also making sure you let enough light in, so you can let what is beautiful into your soft points, and if you find the balance between both, I think life can be such a heavenly thing on Earth. But it's a lot to be human, I say it so much."

Hubris

She’s yelling “CEASEFIRE NOW!” at the end of “My Body is Not Mine”

Seb

Fun Fact: Aurora is a huge fan of heavy metal!! Could be why she finally incorporated rock elements into this album like A Soul with no King and The Blade

Love your Aurora Reactions. You seem to grasp the essence and mood of the songs ! Thanks and hope you get a chance to see her Live someday (Also hope you react to one of her live performances in the future)

Just have to say; You are smarter than most youtube reactors. You really get the lyrics. You read the lyrics and you analyze them in such a mature way that should beyond your years. Kudos to you miss Marie.
