My understanding of I Never Loved You is that it's about Halsey's ex leaving them when they got sick and thought she was dying. It's like "I died, so now you can look like the good guy". He's telling the nurses how they argued and she's not there to tell her side of the story. He can take all (her) money and build a house in her name like he cared. Idk that's just my interpretation

Lucky is so good! It’s an interpolation of “Lucky” by Britney Spears, which has the lyrics “she’s so lucky, she’s a star” and she completely flips it and turns it into her song whilst relating to Britney
