Hi my beans <3 I'm sorry this particular reaction isn't up to par with the others. I was already feeling stressed and then I struggled to understand most of the episode which caused more stress and resulted in a video I'm not proud of. I do apologize for this and promise the next one will be better. have a beautiful day 🌿

It's ok. Some run BTS episodes are a little confusing and hard to keep up with due to cultural differences. I still don't understand some the games they play. Don't worry the next episode is a great one and you will definitely enjoy it.

Nayli Qistina

amanda

it’s okay!! next episode is pretty easy to follow so i hope u enjoy and understand that one more! 🤍

Alyssa Litwiller

It's actually nice to relate to someone who is new to BTS as well. I still am confused when it comes to certain cultural aspects, but like yourself I'm learning. 🥰

Hey Caitlin. I've not watched the full reaction yet. But I had something to say about the clip that you added in the beginning. I know you feel bad about not being able to give the best reaction sometimes but that's okay. I watch your reactions coz they are so natural and genuine. And it's okay if you don't understand something, it happens at first due to the cultural differences but as you watch more, you'll be able understand more of it. So, you don't need to stress yourself out about it.

Isabella

Also don't feel discouraged by not understanding it at the moment you probably will understand a lot more after watching more of their episodes. And you said you wanted to learn more about Korean Culture, what I do is watch videos by Korean youtubers on different topics. A few youtubers I watch are Itsjinakim, DKDKTV (especially their explained videos for songs), Korean Unnie, also you learn a bit about Korean culture and history through watchin KDramas (even if not always an accurate representation it gives you an idea, at least in my opinion) Also i just research a few things I didn't understand in Run BTS like you did and learn more about their culture that way. Hope I didn't overwhelm you with my long comment and don't worrie about not making a perfect video, I apreciate you because of your genuineness which makes every video good in its own way. 🥰💜

Catalina

Sometimes there will be games related to Korean language or culture that we as international fans can't really understand. That game (yut) is really confusing, but I still enjoyed your reaction to the rest of the episode. I just hope those odd confusing moments don't take away from your enjoyment of Run BTS in general cause I'm loving your reactions

steph

Like others have said, BTS are Korean and there will always be a cultural difference no matter how much you know so you shouldn’t feel bad for being confused. One thing I would read up on as it’s easier to understand than yut is the ladder game they play called ghost leg. They use it a lot in Run and Bon Voyage to randomly assign things- it’s probably helpful to know about it in advance! Again, don’t feel bad. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say we are here paying because we like you, not because we have any expectations about how you’ll react to things. 💜

Your reaction wasn't bad as you say. About the yut game it is complicated. Asia have generally culturaly different games. I know when I play Yakuza on Playstation those mini games are so complicated I just go by it. I also most of the time don't get some games and I just learn by the time. You are not the only one. The last flipping game I know but from different korean variety show named "Running Man" where they played this a lot! It is about flipping the others folded paper. In the future there will be some other games they will do and will be hard to understand but don't stress and just enjoy it if you can.

Caitlin, Please don't apologize. I loved your reaction and had fun watching this episode with you!! I am from South Korea, but even I get confused with Vlive's English subtitles and game instructions. It is not your fault! Anyway, you look beautiful with or without makeup!! And I hope you are having a better day!!

Joanie Lemay

Honestly, i havent watch most of Run Bts and i didnt understand a thing either omg HAHAHA

youNICEkeepGOING

It's okay don't apologize. As long as you're being genuine, you don't have to give the "best reaction". We totally understand. I still don't get the rules to this game lol

Whitney Thatcher

I wouldn't worry too much about rules to a lot of these games! Most people who aren't korean don't get them right away, or if you're like me, it takes multiple watches to understand. Just let yourself enjoy watching the boys and them having fun together :)

Jessica McGuire

Please don't stress yourself out too much over understanding the rules of the games. The fun part is watching the boys and their reactions to each other, more than anything else. Don't worry if you don't get the rules. They usually make it pretty clear who's winning, even if you don't understand why.
