So I'm sure you were aware that Jack Antonoff co-produced Being Funny In A Foreign Language -- that's basically the first time he and The 1975 worked together (and probably not the last! they're really good pals now and it's very cute) but yeah, i totally understand the lyrical problem. Matty's lyrics tend to be self-referential (or he's just very, very British) and it's kind of a running joke among fans that we have no idea what he's saying (because of his accent), but the vibes are immaculate lol

Hey Caitlin, loved this video! If you liked the Lauren Spencer Smith song, I think you would really like some of her other music she has out either as a reaction video or just on your own time. i hope you get into the 1975! they’re amazing, and yes matty tends to ramble lyrically but its why i find their music to be super relatable and endearing...i love the way he writes with a bit of humor and irony while also remaining super self reflective and very aware of the world. ofc i respect your decision to not do reactions, but maybe you could do a review format with a ranking instead once you’ve processed the music…either way i think you would really love them. being funny in a foreign language is one of their best albums in my opinion.

At the end when you were trying to remember a christmas song, did you mean His Favourite Christmas Story (by Capital Lights)? If not, I still recommend it, it's so wholesome and one of my faves. Hope you had a good christmas!
