Banger of a Found Footage! Don't listen to the haters. The US version Quarantine with Jennifer Carpenter is just as good. Well it's a shot for shot remake but it's interesting to see how a Spanish director vs a American director handle the found footage genre. Making the popcorn now!!!

I watched this movie for the first time over a year ago and the last 15 minutes still have me in Shooksville😂 I didn’t want to even look at the screen because it was so suspenseful. I’m already anticipating a lot of “NOPE”’s from you!😂😂

I have to say in my opinion hearing and watching anything horror in other languages makes me queasy on top of everything else idk why just does for me 🤷‍♂️

Its_Chey

you should watch the descent ! it’s really really good!

dontrell Durant

Heeeeey this is the one i recommended.... 🥲🥲

Elease Turner

Haven’t seen this in ages! Love a found footage film. If you haven’t seen as above so below then I definitely recommend that too

Aodhan 🇮🇪

love how many scary movies you are watching these days :) super entertaining watching the reactions!

Stacey K

Wow! I kinda loved this! And I loved your reaction- it’s always so fun to watch these movies with you.

Erik Kuhnle

Yeeeeeaaaahhhh this one's great. Lots of footage shot in long continuous shots. And yeah, excellent acting and tension. Rec 2 and 4 are... meh... 3 is garbage.

Nerd King Krokus

You should check the master of Lost Tapes. The V/H/S franchise.

I love the descent. I think very few people know the film. But it should definitely get more attention. My all time favourite horror Movie!

katrin

The Reporter Woman is very annoying

makaveliaton

any chance you can react to Texas chainsaw massacre 2003? love the reactions. thanks for all the hard work you do. its very entertaining

Mateo

soooo, if you wanna check out the next ones in the series: the second one is an immediate continuation to the first one. the third one is a prequel/kind of happens the same day (or maybe the next day) as the first one. and the fourth one is a continuation to the second one. lol

Robbie Corrie

Fun connection to Host, the director of Host used the Attic scene from this in a prank Zoom call with friends in which he edited the film into his call to make it appear he is investigating a noise in his own attic and get attacked by the child. This in turn led to him to creating Host

Lukáš Srnec

im really happy you chose this one over the Quarantine (US remake of this movie)

Jade Hunter

This was so much better than I expected. It's impressive how many long shots there were, with very few times you could actually tell when it cut. The acting was also on point, I just wish they explained what was happening a bit more at the end, but it makes it a little better not getting conclusive answers tbh

Ethan

I recommend you watch "vivarium" very strange and interesting, not gory or anything but freaky. It reminds me of the backrooms.

Borja Perez

As a Spaniard, I can say the subtitles did an amazing job, so don't worry about that! Great reaction as always! I wonder if you'll do the whole series.

Jon Kugler

u should watch the 13 ghost

David Kramme

I know you're not into subtitles but "Terrified" (Argentinian film) is extremely scary, would love to see a reaction video, thanks for all the horror movie reactions, why I signed up, Host and Insidious sold me in particular, 2 of my favorites.

Jon Kugler

Also Quarantine is better. And it's basically the same thing as this but in English.

Michael Carrion

I really don't have an opinion on which us better butbi think you should watch Quarantine just so you can compare and contrast and tell us which did better.

warcrimes

I really loved the spin on a zombie apoc being a demon virus. Very clever and it makes for a great flick. Quarrantene is good, too.

Caleb

I'm late to the party but Paco Plaza also directed Veronica, another good horror movie.

Summer

given up trying to watch this film by myself before watching your reaction cause i fr could not find somewhere to watch it with the og spanish audio... so thank you for this

Iggy 5150

Such a great movie! I highly recommend REC 2 & REC 3: Genesis! So good!

Natas Krad

Both REC and REC2 are in my top 10 all time favs -=watches reaction=- Ok, ya my first time I didn't get the connection between zombies and possession either. REC2 answers that but the short answer is The Exorcist and Night of the Living Dead had a baby and called it REC. ( the zombie virus is demonic.) So glad you didnt watch the dubbed versions and regarding the subs, they vary but your copy didn't miss anything I noticed other than some color here and there. (profanity)

Raider the Animator

I saw the YouTube version and figured Id subscribe here to watch the whole thing 🙂 It was nice watching with someone, but it really brought me out the movie when questions with obvious answers were being asked. Often about plot points the characters literally just explained, or you could see. It was incredibly frustrating with moments like "are there two police men??" when the gun was being fired. After you just saw the fireman, the younger officer, Pablo and the reporter were the only ones heading upstairs. A dozen times a stupid question like this was asked, that could have been avoided by just paying attention. There was nothing confusing about this movie at all. Unsubscribing as I dare not watch another great film at the risk of being infuriated by stupid questions being asked during it.

This is one of the dumbest comments I have ever seen on a Patreon page.. it's like going to a fish market and complaining about it smelling like fish 💀

Restless Tome

One of my favorite horror movies! Hope you watch the sequel one day. It's surprisingly good. After that second film it becomes pretty bad, though.

Saffiyah_A04

Bit late to the party for this one but “I’ve had enough of u ur biting people, pulling a SUAREZ on everybody” is sending me😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
