IRL update 23/03 (Patreon)
Content
I've had the Patreon billing paused for two months now, and maybe it's time for a status update.
I've been learning Godot and working on a game prototype, that is sort of a mix of the original 1993 Doom and Ratchet & Clank. What little I've drawn has been mostly concepts for the main character. You can see some of the work on my Mastodon under the tag #d53: https://meow.social/tags/d53
I've had some moments where I thought it would be fun to doodle again, but nothing has really materialized from that yet. I really want to avoid a situation where I start drawing out of stress to meet a quota.
So I'm in a bit of a pickle choosing between two options. Do I pause again, or do I take time out from this project that I currently enjoy doing?
I could also just say hey, appreciate it if you want to stay and support, but sometimes I just feel like doing something completely different, and start making development updates. Or work on a modular 3D city made from Einstein shapes. Explore jiggle physics for "reasons".
I might go for that last option and see what happens.
