Guilt is the worst. I’ve ran the gamut of punishments as a kid and guilt is what always tore me up.

Punishment is easier. When I was a kid, I couldn't care less about being punished. The moment I know I disappointed my parents was a different story. Just ate me alive as a kid. Still would.
