A neat little trick is to get on a medication like PrEP. The company that makes it will pay up to $3,600 a year for your deductibles and copays, which may exhaust the deductible or copay requirement, thus getting you to the point where insurance kicks in. Of course, to be on PrEP, you'd need to be engaged in activity that makes its prescription medically useful.
