sorry pop but she is wrong...what you excepted is normal from kids from their parents. some of my friends have reliable parents but...I feel you distress as how my parents act with me...and how I always had to stand up...by myself. you got your family, huband and kid, and great friends...you AREN'T ALONE THROUGH THIS...the past is just what made you. A GREAT GUY!

This is so awful, but well done ... such a shame when the mother isn't the full maternal kind, or gives the proper care and affection/attention. It's so wrong when the blood family isn't the right act and they leave without amending past faults ... Sorry if my word typing isn't good, or properly formatted ... but I meant well and I hope the intention is clear enough. You have my sympathy.
