I’m really happy that Candice is back, but I had to stop halfway through. I’m just too soft for things like this. You write such amazing characters and stories, and seeing it all get destroyed like that... it’s hard. I always secretly hope for a chapter where things backfire a little and Candice’s orders are taken a bit too seriously, but yeah... anyway, these are really wonderful stories, and the fact that I’m too emotional to handle them just shows your talent as a writer. Your stories are gripping, emotional, exciting, and deeply moving. Every single one is outstanding, and the worlds you create are truly something special... fantastic work!

I'm late to the party by a couple of years, but another wonderful story that leaves me wanting more. Like a maybe an origin story for Candice? Was she a 'victim' like Madison and others before someone shared their power with her? Will Madison and Candice ever team together, or could there be a Madison vs Candice battle in the future? Even when contained just within these particular events in Misty Hollows, I can't help but wonder how things escalated based on Candice's throw-away comments, like how much further things went with the nameless wife in her turtleneck sweater or what happened with (the other) Danielle and Greta. Great story!
