Okay! So here's the less exciting update, and thank you for your patience everyone! It's taken a lot longer to get back into it than I expected.TLDR a couple days after our the listing went up, some SL creators on Twitter expressed concerns about the 'fair use' of these items. It was never our aim to hurt or upset anyone so we delisted the item the same day and have taken the time to think about our next steps.

So we're here now! I've had my fair share of bouts with folks online, and approached the situation carefully, but I made the call to take a step back as this person seemed to have influence with other store owners, and I didn't want to bring store bans to the people in our team.

But for clarity, we still believe in this product, the joy the trend brings, and believe it falls under the Ts and Cs of fair use laid out by Linden. I want to get into it into more detail, I've been wanting to email Linden about it, but man with the recent Gacha news I don't even know if it matters.

So for now, please, enjoy it! I hate to bring it up but I know some folks think this was some get rich quick scheme, oh god, but dear lord I just thought the combination of technology was really cool, and was something everyone who enjoyed our content could digitally hold and enjoy. I haven't talked much about the ethics of the 3D scanning process, and whether this is fair use, and I completely understand if you felt like maybe the other creators had a good point, and to which I agree! I don't want to get into it too much, but if and when I'm allowed to let these be listed again I plan to do better. Things like absolutely crediting the artist are things we missed, but for now, this is the only capacity I have.

And sorry if things don't make sense I haven't the capacity to draft edit and post I am just mind vomiting as best as I can. To summarize my mental state (and I'll go more into this on my milestone update, which hopefully today/tomorrow?) this last month, from Intimaly to these figures, has been spent wasted on so much stuff that isn't directly involved creatively! Man I could not have predicted such a mess of a month, but I don't regret it of course. I'm really happy with the impact I've made in regards to Intimaly and the amount of wallet's saved is absolutely worth it, but that entire everything was so draining. I've had energy to log on and create, but I'm so sorry I just haven't had the spoons to post it. I wish it was just drag and drop woop there it goes but scheduling my content is such a drawn out process (just how it is!). Posting to here, Substar, figuring out the posting order for Twitter, FA, Bluesky, its for ONE single post. I know for those who know, know, but all those things are incredibly hard for me to do, when it should be the most fun part! Sharing the stuff I'm creating! So it ever sounds flat when I share stuff, man, its just its so agonizingly boring, so please if you really do enjoy something leave a comment and that will spark my infodumping and I'd love to hear more specifically about what you enjoy!
