Greetings, Ecstatic Selfers!

This week, we are exploring the chakras. Woo-hoo! One of my favorite topics...

If you haven't seen it already, the first four chakra meditations are posted on YouTube, and -- as an Ecstatic Self Patron -- you get early access to the fifth video: the Throat Chakra!

I will get you access to the final two videos as soon as possible...and be on the lookout for other Patreon-exclusive posts later in the week to help you go deeper into your chakra exploration.

Much love and many blessings to you all!

Warmly, Kae

THROAT CHAKRA MEDITATION for intuition and dreaming

Moving up to the throat chakra...here we enter the world of dreams, intuition, and lower-level psychic abilities.
