Hello, Ecstatic Selfers!

I hope that you had a great time exploring the chakras...such a colorful and tingly experience 😜

This week, we are diving into one of my FAVORITE ideas: surrender to what is, let personal growth happen (as opposed to making it happen), and relaxing into bliss.

I am so excited to share this idea with you...we are going to have a fun diving deeper with this together.

Namaste, everyone.

Hugs, Kae

Love this, Kae! Sooo timely for me …..one of my greatest challenges is striving for that state of deep surrender; working hard, planting seeds , and just allowing what comes, to just BE ! How we wear ourselves out ,constantly trying to control outcomes…Yikes!! I love how you tied tonight’s live meditation on success to this meditation! Thank you for nourishing us with such wisdom… Love and blessings, always. Thank you! 🙏❤️❤️🙏

Kae, There is a book whose title I would love to share with my fellow journeyers here if you will permit me; it supplements and supports the mindfulness and being present awareness teachings you have been sharing with us. My yoga teacher passed it on to me this week and it’s a gem of short teachings/meditations. I am sure you are quite familiar with it: Thich Nhat Hahn’s “Your True Home.” It so affirms the work you are doing with us !! 🤗❤️🙏 Thank you for who you are …

Thank you Kae. As we approach mercury in retrograde, I know the universe will always want us to take some deep lessons away from the next few weeks. I will hold this message with me. Pura Vida.

Thich Nhat Hahn has been my most consistantly valuable spiritual guide for over twenty years. The simplicity and clarity with which he explains the desired core of my existence is profound. I try, at the beginning of each year, to re-read the first book of his which I met, "For a Future to Be Possible."
