Hey guys!

I hope you’re having a wonderful week.

This week I wanted to talk about something personal going on for me… And I figure it will be relatable for many of you. Please share your comments!

I look forward to hearing what you have to say 😄.

Managing Disappointment

Thanks for this, dear Kae. There is strength in numbers, yes? We shall prevail. We might not do so in the time frame or even the manner that we seek. In my not-unique experience, navigating disappointment can involve redefining success. More on my current wrestling matches with this concept later. Namaste and blessings.

Dear Kae, I am so sorry that you are having to navigate and wrangle with this disappointment. The pain always feels so much more acute when it centers around that creation which we have birthed with every fiber of our being… heart, mind and soul. Please keep reminding yourself that this feeling, as awful as it feels , will eventually pass , and as you said, forge a pathway to joy! Having experienced intense bitter disappointment professionally myself most recently, I just have to ride those feelings until they lessen and remind myself that it does not lessen my talent or accomplishments, and just trust that the spark of Divinity has my back. It may sound cheesy, but I have really come to believe that when a door is closed, look for the window that has been opened! The disappointment will make the joy that much sweeter! Kae, you will be okay… Sending you lots of blessings, love, and positive energy.. Namaste. 🙏❤️❤️🙏

Thank you Kae, this reminds me that my Soul wants me to move into new experiences in life, and the natural resistance of my ego's function (the security of repetition of the past) which is compounded by my wounds from this life (and past) - all in service of protecting me from getting eaten by a lions and tigers) through surreptitious tactics of fear and guilt - the two roots of literal and metaphorical cancer - are the hardwired natural unconscious animal responses that got me here through my ancestry - and I know that I must have the discipline (be a disciple of) training myself to get out of my mind - and into the fullness of my soul through the language of the soul (experimentation, exploration love, creation, connection, flow) and continually practice detachment from the hardwired fear that paradoxically has allowed us to live to evolve to this point, but is the wrong tool to move us to higher levels of vibration. It is tough good work, that can not be effectively done in isolation (isolation is what causes cancer in cells (see After Skool's 2nd video with Dr. Zach Bush) Our journey's are fed by finding our families of frequencies - e.g., Ecstatic Self - Love and Light to you Kae and this community of high vibration you are creating - and I am reminded by this video that energy comes in waves, filled with ups and downs - and that is our own hero's the journey!

Hey Kae. Your disappointment is understandable. But don't allow anyone else's opinion of you or your work define who you are as a person or an artist. Never give anyone that power. The setbacks we experience in life only make the successes that much sweeter. Keep doing you and being the best you can be. Your talents will be recognized and rewarded one day soon. Until then, recoginize how fortunate you are, and celebrate the successes you have already acheived. Best always.
