Baronizer

are these fillers? i swear i do not remember this naguri guy at all lmao

Gobbo

Yeah he's a filler character

Oussama Essamadi

Diabolical how the old man stood and watched the kids get grounded by an oversized tiger lmao.

slowchem

Oda recognized adapting manga panel by panel kinda restricts creativity... I recall he said that to Wit Studio that he doesn't want that in the remake? or wants them to go beyond that?

Zoodinger

"AHHHHHHHHH" "Sounds like English to me" - Carson, circa 2025 (Yeah I know what he meant but I still found that funny XD)

Soak Jsjd

The animation will be as good as this filler from now on

yanyax

i think filler episodes have better animation because the animators and stuff have like more creative freedom, could be wrong. like the MHA movies having better animation then the series

Gino

Yep, he is all about freedom even in the real world lmao

Sanji Joestar

Naguri feels like the old man from the Gold Roger's Bar in Logue Town A very good filler that ties into the storyline and does its thing rather seamlessly.

Sanji Joestar

That Gomu Gomu no Rocket! Combo was so satisfying!!!

Tobi.SG

Ace's VA is different as a kid (I'm pretty sure, at least) his other role that I recognize is Shinpachi from Gintama

Matthew Gilroy

If Naguri's name was changed slightly to Nigiri, he would've been lucky Zoro wasn't there🔪

Nukouh

i’m smiling and laughing throughout these episodes and then i remember that ace is actually dead 😔 so sad

Mochh at 80

Really? Wow. it's amazing how they sound so similar.

Tobi.SG

I unfortunately can't take kid Ace that seriously because all I hear is Shinpachi lol

ChocoBoshi

Its crazy to think that Daisuke Sakaguchi, the guy that does the voice of "young" Ace, is 51 now and Toshio Furukawa, the voice of older Ace, is 78! I also had no idea that Travis Willingham did Ace's voice in the English dub??

Ty

HAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHHAHAHA that is sooooooo funny man. You are so epic XD

Matthew Gilroy

I don't even know who you are bro.. But thanks for the ego boost👍🏽

Artemis

To people asking, yes these are fillers, but we are returning to the main story on ep 500. Also OMFG EPISODE 500!? What a Milestone!!

Ty

matt mercer is law

Skele

i halfway like and dislike this filler. I guess it's good Ace development tho

Tate Wheatley

19:45 the future is now, old man

BOLDcast

can we not be like this Ty?

Ty

I deleted my original response to you because I thought maybe I was overthinking and this was just an innocent onigiri joke and I responded poorly. After talking to people in discord, I was not wrong in my original reading of his joke. In case you didn’t know there is a dumb meme that zoro is racist because he fights a bunch of characters with darker skin (miss monday, daz bones, etc) With that in mind his “joke” is really just offensive. I responded in an immature way sure, just thought you should know the context of this “joke”. I won’t respond to him anymore

Matthew Gilroy

Actually my comment was supposed to be a double entendre😂 If you didn't realise this that's fine. But don't act like a riled up child about it
