When Zoro first joined he made it very clear that if Luffy ever got in the way of him achieving his dream, he would kill him. Zoro now being willing to put his own ambition and pride aside for Luffys sake is huge. It has always hit me harder than the rest since no one else but him is really putting any "shame" on themselves for the sake of their captain. I love it.
