As far as island designs go, Fishman Island has to be some of Oda's best work yet. I can imagine how amazing it would feel to actually be there if it were real. Can't wait for you to see more of it.

Yeah I can excuse and brush off a lot of silly things: Pell surviving, Nami's mirage sorcery, stealing shadows etc. But using Sanji's nosebleed as a plot device instead of keeping it a joke might be my least favorite event in the entire story XD

Icl this right here was funny for how absurd it is lmao I know everybody up until this point hates this Sanji moment the most, but imo the Thriller Bark one (or stuff like Pell surviving) is way more inexcusable

I get that, but you can remove Pell surviving and Sanji's perviness in Thriller Bark and it wouldn't change the plot one bit. I dislike this more because this time it's actually part of the plot. To me it's almost as absurd as if when they needed a doctor in Drum Kingdom it was because Nami's eyes had turned too much into berries. Imagine if that's what happened.

Nami's eyes turning to berries isn't even remotely the same, Sanji has been a perv from day 1, it's one of his most defining character traits. Considering where he has been for 2 years him being more desperate than before makes sence, claiming it doesn't would just be disingenous.

No it's either a moon logic gag or it's not. One piece does a good job of putting humor in serious situations and going from jokes to tension really quickly, but this one doesn't land.

Fisher Tiger has already been stated to be dead by Boa when she first told Luffy about her enslavement. Sanji's nose blood gag being used as a plot device is a very bold move from Oda I must say.
