Great discussion at the end

Let's go! First stop in the New World and we're already popping off. Show us watch ya got Punk Hazard Btw you were thinking of X Drake visiting some winter type island before getting confronted by a big cyborg-looking guy

idziman

I know you two are excited about keeping the streak going, but it really would be the perfect time to read some cover stories so you can keep up to date with them going forward!

Artemis

The perfect segway into the new world, you get introduced to a mythical creature thought to be extinct and a new environmental danger not yet shown in one piece. I am excited for the next episode not just because your reaction but also because it will be the first time for me watching a brand new ep of OP in a long time.

Sonicluis

Wish we got some cover story and film z.

Oussama Essamadi

I can't believe you guys are already starting Punk Hazard. Damn. We saw two arctic-like island pre-timeskip if my memory did not fail me. One in a flashback where Ace met up with Shanks in some shady cave, and the other where Drake was intercepted by a cyborg goon asking him what he was doing on Kaido's favorite island.

Matthew Gilroy

Be patient brethren. Film Z will come after this arc

Solas

Yes Film Z! 🙏🏽

Drakojin

We also had Frankie island where he rebuilt himself

Arkham

Damn, one of the things I like about re-experiencing One Piece with intelligent reactors is how it leads me to rethink things and catch new details I’ve missed over my many run throughs of the series.

Albanese

Sometimes I wish they would spend a little more time on the sea between an island and the other

Nightrain

Not gonna lie, I expected you guys to get vietnam flashbacks of the ball ordeal when they traveled over the milky road in the Mini Merry haha

Adam Vialpando

The Ball Ordeal was so traumatic that every other detail of that section is buried. Plus the milky road is associated with Skypeia as a whole and not just the Ball Ordeal.

I think the anime cut it because of the filler, but in the manga, Smoker explained that he was in the lightning island because it was the one which showed the most danger from the three Log Pose needles (the needle was shaking a lot), and he figured out that Luffy would want to go there precisely because it was the most dangerous island, which I think it's kinda cool. He knows Luffy very well, and was wrong just because of that weird sea current from episode 574, which blew the Straw Hats away from their original route.

Yes I’m so excited, I love this arc. 🙏👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😍😍😍

They are so smart it hurts lol wait for the reveal of the island and arc. I love everything about this arc
