Carson is not feeling well tonight so we will not be recording anything for you today. Hopefully we will be able to get everything done tomorrow and catch up on Apothecary and To Be Hero!

That's really just not true. Hydration, vitamin C, washing your hands regularly, getting enough sunlight all help boost your immune system to fight off sickness. We don't know if theres a reason for it more serious but in general you can always do things to get sick less. I worked in a casino which is one of the most germ filled places you can be along with cigarette smoke and money which is disgusting. At first I was getting sick every few weeks. I changed habits like not touching my face unless I have recently washed my hands and taking daily vitamins for the things that I was lacking. You can't just say oh it's Americas fault and leave it at that.
