Sanji's comment about Zoro being tough on himself always gets me thinking. He's right and for obvious reasons. They got easily obliterated when they couldn't even fight people like Cesar. And now that they've stepped up, getting almost eliminated like that was a moment of inattention he regrets having. And doesn't want to have to go through that. So he's significantly more tense and anxious when things start to intensify, for justified reasons ofc. It's just very interesting to see why the change in demeanor is happening progressively. But you can also count on Luffy to stay aware and lock in while lightening the situation. I love that duality from him.

guys, I literally said I blocked him so I don't have to see his comments any longer, & advised others to do the same. There's no point in "proving" anything to that person - they're grifting over a freaking cartoon, let alone a reaction to it, staying glued to the comments, instead of actually investing their time in uplifting marginalized communities. people like that person thrive in attention, & that one is getting it on 2 comment threads now. starve them out of it! defeats the purpose of me having them blocked, if it's regurgitated by someone else.

Im currently on a trip, visiting my family, so I only just now saw all of this and I only have access to patreon on my phone for the time being. I appreciate that you all agree that Matthew's behavior is strange, however, just like Dancing Viru said, it doesn't serve much purpose to feed into it or complain about it here. Blocking and or ignoring would be the best idea as frustrating as that is. I also just want to add that this isnt really a debate space. In the case that someone is trying to provide information to Boldcast and they get something wrong then you can certainly correct them in a friendly manner but If you take issue with an opinion or, like in this case, someone is talking nonsensically (to put it nicely) you can join the Boldcast discord and discuss your disagreement with them there. I will say that I have tried on multiple occasions to have reasonable discussions with Matthew Gilroy and as of yet I have had little to no success, so he is an outlier on that front. But even if that is the case this isnt a space where we want people to vent their frustration about other members or hash out these types of dissagreements. Just trust Boldcast's ability to weed through those types of posts, if you can spot that something is off about a comment then they can too.
