One of the most prominent plot points involving Tashigi was her uncanny resemblance to Zoro's late childhood friend and rival, Kuina. It used to consistently rattle Zoro enough for him to completely avoid even looking at her, but now he hardly seems to care at all. Do you think that's a result of Zoro developing past his trauma or is it just that Oda lost interest in continuing that particular dynamic between them?

Here's a simple one. At the end of the arc, Doflamingo is given the option to be hunted by the Marines/Admiral or a Emperor/his crew by Law. In Doflamingo's shoes, which option would you guys choose? In addition, in general, who do you think/should be stronger, a Admiral or a Emperor?

He -literally- calls her "Captain Copycat" when they first meet during this arc with a big malign grin as a way to be mean to her, so he obviously still cares. Since it is still used this arc, I believe it's way more of a *first step* towards the first option. The second one wouldn't make sense.

I know. That's why I said "hardly seems to care". Compare his old behavior towards her to now, it's a stark difference. He couldn't even stand to see her and fled every time. In this arc he gave her one corny nickname and now has virtually no trouble being around her at all. Considering how little they've actually interacted in the story, it's a big jump from how they were before to right now. I'm just asking their opinions on that, if they have any at all.

How do you feel about Smoker losing all his battles this arc? He lost to nearly every major adversary on the island. Many fans always saw him as THE established "marine rival" for Luffy. Do you think that's still the case? What are some ways you feel he can improve in the future?

Now that you've gotten a taste of what his true character is like, what do we think of Doffy? He's always been my favorite purely because of how much fun Oda clearly had with writing him. He has *such* a personality. He's not just the ext Stereotypical Haughty, 1-D Villain In Luffy's Path #365 - he's a goofy-looking guy, with a goofy outfit (I'm from South Florida, so I call it Miami Tourist-core), and a goofy laugh, and goofy sunglasses that likes to party and clearly doesn't take things too seriously until he's pushed to while ALSO being a secretly underhanded and bloodthirsty psychopath and I think that's hilarious. I also really like the added subversion of making him (at least on *some* level) care about his closest crewmates.

It's honestly insane to me how much this arc is slept on. Law's post time-skip reintroduction, Smoker and Tashigi having true roles in an arc for the first time since Alabasta, Interesting battles that showcase raw strength can be overcome (Monet or Caesar vs Luffy), Monet in general 🙏, Doflamingo being teased, AOKIJI, our crew joining in an official alliance with another pirate crew, Devil Fruit respawning and the reveal of artificial Devil fruits, and so much more, all while taking place on an island suffering from permanent EXTREME climate change due to the 10 day battle between two admirals. What were both of your favorite moments during Punk Hazard?
