I really really love Chopper's growth throughout the show especially Post Timeskip In addition to the stuff in Punk Hazard, here he's directing others as head doctor. Remember when Kureha told him he can't cure people with just kind intentions, you need knowledge. That's how he accidentally poisoned Hiruluk. But now he's grown and qualified enough to inspire others to see him work and learn from him. Love it.
