Oh in case you guys are wondering, Polnareff can't call Jotaro for help cause Diavolo's organization was fully formed implying that most forms of communications are being watched. This is why Polnareff says to Bruno when they first meet that he's been keeping his line open in hopes of meeting someone who could help him take down Diavolo. So even reaching out to say The Speedwagon Foundation, could endanger the Speedwagon Foundation. And like, I know that Speedwagon is gone but... we can't let anything happen to our boy Speedwagon! T_T
