So the sword that Luffy is carrying is the Kitetsu II (Nidai Kitetsu). While you won't remember the exact name because it has been several years since you watched Loguetown, Zoro's cursed sword is Kitetsu III (Sandai Kitetsu). They mentioned back in Loguetown how the swordsmith that made the cursed swords made 3 of them. Kitetsu I, Kitetsu II and Kitetsu III. So yeah, this is a direct reference to Loguetown too. Oda goes crazy is bringing up plot points from like, 850 episodes ago like it is nothing, and integrating it into the story well without it feeling forced

Sanji Joestar

Actually last time Zoro and Luffy teamed up was Dressrosa From the colosseum to the castle and on the way to the plateau while fighting Pica.

Ya should watch the video were luffy and zoro VA switch characters were they meet. It's fun to watch how different it sounds

Sanji Joestar

Slight correction, they didn't mention who made each sword. Just that they belong to the "Kitetsu" line. Sandai Kitetsu, being a Wazamono (Grade Sword) Nidai, an O Wazamono (21 Great Grade Swords) And Shodai, a Saijo O Wazamono (one of the 12 Supreme Grade Swords)

Beware that Wano does still have pacing issues. But the improved animation does help.

Nicolas LeBlanc

It's ok Carson, we know Lindsay is the hater :)

Diablo

Animation is getting crazy, but it will be even better.

SomeoneElse

Who the hell was calling you guys haters? Wtf? 😂

Oussama Essamadi

Luffy meeting up with Zoro was so wholesome.

지원

This is a really random question. I recently watched your Haikyuu!! reactions, and it genuinely seemed like you both enjoyed the series so much. I was just wondering if you have any plans to watch the already-released movie at some point in the future?

Degenerick

they watched the live action so the name should already ring a bell

Drakojin

I still vividly remember Luffy preparing to unsheath the sword in the manga and everyone was like "wtf NO Luffy, wth are you doing!?" 😂

Degenerick

zoro got kitetsu iii in loguetown so now we have seen 2 of the kitetsu’s.

Felovar

for you guys it's been a few months, it was like 2 decades between when we first learned of the swords and now

Szonin

And now we wait for the Zoro and Sanji reunion.

Jamie Weight

Guys please watch the film z movie you guys missed the film gold movie even if not cannon it’s peak lol Definitely don’t forget the upcoming stampede movie

Realism

Carson called it, Zoro and Luffy were apart for over 2 irl years in the manga (2016 to 2018). This reunion hit different finally seeing them on the same page again.
