I also appreciate your concern. however this article you posted is by a right-wing, pro israel organization that is extremely biased and therefore can‘t be claimed to express universalist views since ngo monitor mainly promotes israeli interests. also the founder of ngo monitor seems to have bonds with powerful actors of the isreali government. moreover groups that promote palestinian rights and claims and/or pronounce criticism toward israeli government policies are often described as threats to isreali interests and shamed in a very delegitimizing manner by ngo monitor. in my opinion discussions have to be based on neutral sources that aren’t tendentious and don‘t have any ties to any government. https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/13600826.2019.1640189

while i agree that you can critizice the attempted donation by the holy land foundation in 2004, this video perfectly describes why i think the pcrf is a valid organisation to donate to. they also have a good 97% rating on charity navigator providing great transparency about their fundings and how they are used. https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/931057665
