Gen V season 2 or nah? 

The Boys is back for season 4 and so is my boy Miles. After Gen V injected a fresh new energy into the franchise, are we taking a step backward into more of what we were losing interest in from season 3? Or will The Boys rise to the occasion and give us something really exciting?!

Also you shockingly didn’t mention how gorgeous kimiko was until last season, probably cause u were distracted by Maeve. I’ve loved Karen Fukahara since Suicide Squad (2016)

I agree that Frenchie's subplot is STILL kinda meh. Very "Hopper stuck in Russia from season 4 of Stranger Things". The mom stuff with Hughie was actually really good, so it's a shame you guys missed it haha. And I'm not sure if you caught the few scenes with Butcher but basically, he baked a batch of cookies laced with the drug to KO Ryan, so he could then hand Ryan over to Jefferey Dean Morgan. But he decided to throw the cookies away after listening to Ryan tell him that nobody wants him etc. Oh, and we found out Homelander's name was John in season 1 I believe :)

As an avid PMI enjoyer of like 7(?) years, sometimes I don't even sync tracks up, just listen while I work out or do tasks. "Episodes" is a dope nomenclature & fits the scheme I feel.

Fun fact, the creator of The Boys (Eric Kripke) is also the creator of the show Supernatural. He's cast 5 actors from Supernatural to be on The Boys so far. Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy): Played Dean Winchester, one of the main characters in Supernatural. Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Kessler): Played Dean's dad, John Winchester, in Supernatural. Jim Beaver (President-Elect Bob Singer): Played Bobby Singer in Supernatural. Both characters are named after Robert Singer, a producer on Supernatural Rob Benedict (Splinter aka Clone Guy from ep2): Played Chuck in Supernatural, a comic book writer. Alexander Calvert (Rufus in Gen V): Played Lucifer's son (don't ask) Jack in Supernatural.

I know the show is called The Boys but I don't give a FUCK about any of "the boys" this season (and I'm glad I'm not the only one). I'm only tuned in when Homelander, the Deep, and/or Sister Sage are onscreen. Loving the tracks, btw, keep 'em coming!
