It's just a page I'm turning to...

After watching The Librarian trilogy, we found out there are like 40 episodes of a spinoff series begging for us to watch them. But instead of watching all 40, we're watching 8! That's right, Micah & I watched the first and last episode of all 4 seasons and did our best to keep track of the plot - with barely any help from previously on's!

The Librarians is somehow cheesier than the movies in the best way, including abysmal fight choreography and questionable acting. Using the powers of knowledge, thievery, and autism, our heroes must save the world from literature-based threats while also trying to keep Noah Wyle from stealing their own show from them. Good luck, Lindy!

Just have to say one of the three librarians from the original series is confirmed queer in one of the episodes in season 3 and you'll never guess who (rip to Erik's crush)

Did the same thing as last season, so here's my wrap up again: Whereas last season was Eric's worst case scenario, this season a real return to form! The goofy stuff is goofier and the emotional stuff is more emotional. Rebecca Romijn and Lindy Booth in particular are acting their asses off. I think it being the last season really energized them and let them try out more out there stuff. This season also nicely side steps the problems of the last season. Nicole Noone does show up a few times throughout the season but she's never framed as the ultimate villain so she seems like just another normal recurring character. This makes this season feel the most frea-of-the-week. Flynn Carsen becomes a much smaller role and actually disappears for half the season. In fact, think he only goes on one or two missions with the other librarians excluding the premier and finale. This wrap up is going to be much shorter than the last one because this season was just fun. And since it probably won't get voted as the bonus episode, Eric, you need to know that there is a confederate ghost episode this season.

I watched some other YouTube version of this episode with the previously on but the regular-length black screens. It was really easy to keep in sync though because of the bit where you don't talk. The ultimate payoff!

I think what makes this show so interesting is that, yes, it was popular, but the fandom never truly took off like other shows had like Supernatural. It was enough of a cult classic that it garnered attention for a sequel, but never really had a *ton* of stand out moments in more mainstream culture, since it’s much shorter than other serial shows.

Hair up guy is in another show called Leverage which stars Timothy Hutton. Similar vibe to this show but they are thieves each with their own skill set (hacker, muscle etc.) that teams up to steal from bad guys. Very Robin Hood.
