"Is that Bon Jovi...?"

One of my all-time favorite movies Cry_Wolf is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and with Micah and I just having wrapped up another Lindy Booth joint in The Librarians I figured it was the perfect time for a rewatch!

Truly a relic of mid-2000’s cinema, this teen thriller has no right being as sharp or stylish as it is and I absolutely love it. You may have already watched this movie before - hell you may have even watched it with me - but you’ve never watched it with Micah trying to guess how far into the movie Bon Jovi will die…

PS. We unfortunately watched the rated version! I’m not sure if you can even find the unrated version streaming anywhere… #ReleaseTheIJustBeatOffCut

i truly just shed a tear reading the title. there will never be enough PMI commentaries on Cry_wolf

And introducing Jon Bon Jovi. Another Cry_Wolf track? Is it my birthday? Yes. Yes, it is. Did not know I shared a birthday with this movie that somehow not a single person knows and simultaneously everyone knows. I feel like I've heard the term "Have you seen Cry_Wolf?" more times than regarding any other movie ever. Thanks for making my thirtieth a lot more enjoyable!

You need to watch the new ‘Witchboard’ film!

Years ago, during the first track for this movie, you started to mention how you knew how that girl’s name was “the good girl,” but you got sidetracked and never finished the thought. I have been waiting for 7 goddamn years, and I now finally know how you know her name is “the good girl.” My life is complete.

This is why I love PMI. This is a movie that I've never heard of and would never watch. I totally know why somebody would watch this at 14 and would love this. It does a lot of "predictable movie things", but it does them perfectly.

I just read the info box. I typed in Cry wolf on amazon and the unrated was the first version to come up

claire

this is my first time watching and the vibes are giving 2000s the secret history to me in a way
