Sure there's horrible shit going on, but we can also spare a bit of time to play beer pong with Lizze Broadway - literally! Miles & I have been SO excited to dive back into this show and Boy was it worth the wait... (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capone), and Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara)—to assassinate Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit), but her daughter Zoe (Olivia Morandin) intervenes. Ryan (Cameron Crovetti) learns Butcher is dying from V24. At CIA HQ, Butcher reconnects with Joe Kessler (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Homelander (Antony Starr), fearing age, recruits Sister Sage (Susan Heyward). With her help, the Deep (Chace Crawford) and Black Noir II (Nathan Mitchell) kill Todd (Matthew Gorman). Sage incites riots after Homelander’s acquittal, framing Starlighters. Butcher nearly trades with Neuman but hallucinates Becca (Shantel VanSanten). Hugh Sr. (Simon Pegg) has a stroke, bringing Hughie back to his mother Daphne (Rosemarie DeWitt). Butcher, expelled after revealing his illness, kills Splinter (Rob Benedict) while Sage recruits Firecracker (Valorie Curry). A-Train (Jessie T. Usher) secretly aids Hughie and Annie (Erin Moriarty). Homelander pressures Ryan into killing during his first mission. Sage and Firecracker rise while Ashley (Colby Minifie) is sidelined. Butcher bonds with Ryan instead of kidnapping him. Frenchie and Kimiko battle Shining Light. Annie confronts Firecracker, who blames her for career ruin. Hughie and M.M. try to assassinate Robert Singer (Jim Beaver) but are stopped by Homelander; A-Train saves Hughie. Homelander massacres his childhood lab staff. Annie allies with Singer, but Firecracker ruins her by exposing an abortion. Butcher admits V worsened his illness. Hugh Sr. awakens violent; Hughie ends his life. Homelander declares The Seven gods. On TV, they kill Cameron Coleman (Matthew Edison). Frenchie surrenders. Butcher kidnaps Dr. Sameer Shah (Omid Abtahi) to replicate a virus. The Boys infiltrate Tek Knight’s (Derek Wilson) mansion; Hughie, disguised as Webweaver (Dan Mousseau), is saved by Annie and Kimiko. M.M. shoots Sage; A-Train saves him. Tek Knight reveals internment plans before Elijah (Justin Davis) kills him. Firecracker warns Homelander Annie is alive. Butcher forces Sameer to strengthen the virus, but hallucinations reveal Kessler is a tumor-born vision. The Boys learn a shapeshifter plans to kill Singer. Homelander kills Webweaver, thinking he’s the leak. The Deep and Black Noir II attack, but A-Train and M.M. intervene. Homelander fires Sage for hiding A-Train, who flees. Ryan denounces him. Sameer infects Kimiko; Frenchie amputates her leg. Annie is kidnapped and replaced by a shapeshifter. While Butcher recovers, Mallory (Laila Robins) tells Ryan to kill Homelander; Ryan refuses and kills her. Homelander orders purges at Vought; Ashley injects herself with V. In Singer’s bunker, the shapeshifter Annie is killed; the real Annie arrives. Homelander exposes Neuman; she seeks Hughie’s protection. Butcher kills her with new powers and steals the virus. Sage ensures Singer’s arrest, and Speaker Steven Calhoun (Michael Irby) becomes President, declaring martial law under Homelander. The Boys are captured, but Annie escapes. Butcher drives off with the virus. #theboys #genv #homelander
