Gen V is back in town!

Almost all of our favorite characters are back (rest in peace Fake Landon) in season 2 of Gen V, and once again we love that this show is injecting fun back into The Boys universe. Sure there's horrible shit going on, but we can also spare a bit of time to play beer pong with Lizze Broadway - literally!

Miles & I have been SO excited to dive back into this show and Boy was it worth the wait...

I’m so glad you guys loved this episode because I did too and then I went on Reddit and everybody was sooo negative like literally every comment was saying that it was stupid and I was like damn i had a lot of fun 👀 also I feel vindicated about saying that haymish secretly wanted to help them because he was definitely playing it like there was a part of him that felt bad for them because he was being forced to fuck with them

So i think there might be 1 post the Boys Gen V season, and i think the ep with Gus kinda set that up. The Boys ends with Homelander dead and Voght destroyed or weakened. You could then have a season of Marie and the gang navigating the new status of companies/govemrents fighting over controlling supes, superhero supremisctis and actual super criminals, with the gang having to become actual real heroes

It’s completely different actor in prosthetics! It’s not SpongeBob! Mark De Angelis is the severely burnt version and then SpongeBob is just the normal skinned version!! Edit: Season 3 is currently being discussed and Amazon are very keen on continuing it. Eric Kripke already confirmed. He said it depends on the streaming numbers and it is currently number 1 soooo…expect a season 3. Thing is they could continue it on because The Boys universe is pretty big. Comics and series.

I really like The Boys. But I LOVE Gen V. It’s awesome!! I feel like The Boys tries sometimes to be so serious. And Gen V is just so unserious 80% of the time! And I’m hoping for at least 1 more Gen V Season.

I used to love watching Outdoor Boys! The snow shelters were always so satisfying and cozy. I remember just hearing about the dad stopping recently and I was bummed but totally get it. Also this show kicks ass
