We're gonna need a bigger ride vehicle...

When you think of Jaws, the first thing that comes to mind is probably that chilling John Williams theme. Or maybe even a misquoted line of dialogue, or the menacing shark itself! But Zach & I immediately think of the Universal attraction that was ripped away from us in Orlando... but still lives on in Japan!

Whether you've seen this movie multiple times like me or haven't seen it since you were a kid like Zach, it's always a treat to revisit and all of the behind-the-scenes insanity just makes it even better. And the Oscar DOES NOT go to... Spielbruary!!!

If you want to appreciate this movie even more, read the book. Taking that piece of shit and making not just a good movie but one of the greatest classics ever that launched one of the most prestigious directing careers of all time seems like it shouldn't be possible.

I think Spielberg did straight up say he doesn’t have an attachment to Jurassic Park so he doesn’t mind people doing sequels or reboots. He did the Indiana Jones trilogy in the 80s because he told George Lucas that he would, he tried to make a sequel to ET but couldn’t find a good enough reason to go back to that, but he’s not precious at all about Jurassic Park

Loved your reaction. This is one of my favorite movies. Also, I went to the Field Museum last month and learned that indigenous people used to whale hunt by harpooning whales with sheep skin floating objects to tire them out and bring them to shore. I thought it was so crazy that that was done and Jaws probably got that idea from traditions like that.
