Two minutes in, and we’re already discussing the John Landis murders loooool. This track’s gonna be a trip

The real shame is, Spielberg was originally supposed to remake The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street, which would’ve been amazing. But after the Vic Morrow incident, he pivoted to Kick the Can so he could get his segment done ASAP and wash his hands of the whole movie

Eric striffler! you angel, you have blessed this morning

Not to get all sappt in the comments of a commentary track for this tragedy of a film, but as someone who's been watching since the beginning with ErickWithNoK, the early days of PMI with the Friday show were always a highlight for me. Whenever I see a track with Jake and Mike, it's always such a treat, and with my year off to a pretty bad start (including this week), this is a much-welcomed gift. Literally brought a smile to my face. Absolutely cannot wait to watch this, and thank you for entertaining us over all these years!! 💚

Ah, Man. Kind of a bummer end to another year of Spielbruary. But I do love the unexpected picks. Landis is such a psycho for his continued denial of wrongdoing and culpability. You're the Director, Pal. You're Responsible! (Should have served time). At least we can take solace in the fact that our boy Steven had a heart and ended his friendship with Landis soon after the incident. "No movie is worth dying for" - Steven Spielberg

I'm sure it wasn't meant in any malicious way, but in the future, even when referring to dialogue, best not to say the actual slur. Noticed the slur for Vietnamese people was still said.

Couldn’t imagine a better lineup for this fucking movie 😭

Cari 💜 Bong

A woman sat across the aisle from me on a plane with a ventriloquist dummy in her lap the entire flight. Creepy as hell.

Nia Watson

Is my app glitching or is the video not available? It’s showing 0:00 🤔

John Landis? More like "Watch me Landis helicopt..." You know what, never mind. This movie should never have been released, and it's a disgrace that Landis just got to continue with his life as if nothing happened. Good to know being a trash human being runs in the family.

Tyler Tennis

40:40 Don't worry, Jake accidentally spoiled it on a certain podcast of gaming, I won't spoil myself which podcast tho, I'll leave that to Jake 😂

1:20:12 Ahhh Mr. Farquad, i mean Trinity, I mean that one penguin, I mean Barney's dad, I mean, uh..... Love you JohnLithgow, you complete this final segment, thanks for a truly bonkers performance/segment

I'm just starting but I don't know if you cleared it up, but Spielberg did direct the Tin Tin animated movie!
